We’ve received Titles for the subdivision and settlements beginning in early June. We can’t wait to welcome our new community members!
Stages 2 & 4 are under construction and fully sold out.
The response from the community has been extraordinary.
Watching the estate grow has been a real privilege, and we’re so grateful to everyone who has chosen to call Clearwater home.
