Clearwater Estate has reached a major milestone for the Colac region, with 90 residential lots now delivered and titled as part of Stage One, with 95 per cent of the stage already sold.
Clearwater Estate is a residential land estate located near Lake Colac, delivering new housing opportunities for families, first-home buyers, downsizers and investors seeking to be part of a growing regional community.
Long-time Colac residents Justin and Jill Madden previously sold the land to DM Property, with Roselldan Road in the development named after Justin and Jill’s children.
The delivery of 90 titled lots represents a significant contribution to housing supply in Colac, supporting continued population growth and providing new opportunities for buyers seeking land in the region.
Settlements for Stage One commenced in early June, marking an important step in the creation of a new residential community.
Stages two and four are also currently under construction and fully sold out, with a new release expected soon to meet continued demand for land in Colac. DM Property, which is delivering the development, said the milestone reflects both strong buyer confidence and the importance of bringing new land to help solve the undersupplied market.
“We are very proud to deliver the first stage of 90 lots in our Colac master planned community,” DM Property director Brendan Mullan said.
“The demand for new house lots and house and land packages from all demographics has been huge and we expect this to grow with high confidence in Colac’s future growth outlook.”
The delivery of new titled land is expected to support Colac’s broader growth by welcoming new residents who will contribute to local schools, sporting clubs, retail, hospitality and the wider community.
Clearwater Estate is continuing to experience strong momentum, with Stage One nearing sell-out and future stages already attracting significant interest.
